La storia Savinelli inizia nel 1876 quando Achille Savinelli Sr. apre nel centro di Milano uno dei primi negozi al mondo che vende esclusivamente articoli per fumatori.
Nel 1948 Achille Jr. aprì la manifattura, e le pipe Savinelli cominciarono ad acquistare prestigio in tutti i mercati. Achille riuscì a creare un prodotto di lusso che potè competere con i grandi nomi e anche sorpassare la loro qualità, tanto che oggi Savinelli rappresenta il più alto standard qualitativo della pipa a livello mondiale.
Nel corso degli anni sono state create centinaia di serie diverse che si distinguono per il design elegante e la cura dei dettagli.
