Description
Venus's birth (1482-1485) is at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, painted by Alessandro Filipepi, better known as Sandro Botticelli. Venus represents love as motive force, symbol of purity, simplicity and beauty of the soul. The pipe colour recalls Venus blond and soft mane. Rustic, brown finishing, smooth rim. Model 812 has a very particular line which differs from the classic Canadian because the shank is slightly sloping compared to the bowl, giving the pipe a better weight balance. One of the best quality of this model is being able to give the smoker a very fresh smoke thanks to the length of the thin and elegant elliptical shank.
