We will pay shipping costs in the event that:

1) One or more products received by you do not comply with what you ordered. For example, if you have received a pipe of a different series or model.

2) The products you received have obvious production defects.

In this case we will organize the collection of the goods via our courier.

You will be responsible for shipping costs in the event that:

1) You have changed your mind or the product is not suitable for you. like it.

In this case you will have to personally contact the courier you prefer to organize the collection of the goods.

Warning on product color

Our pipes are handcrafted and each piece is unique. 
For this reason, there may be slight differences in color or tone compared to the images on the site, which are purely indicative.
Such variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Any return due to color differences is possible at the customer's expense.

The refund of the order will take place according to the same payment methods used for the purchase when the products are delivered to our office and after having verified their integrity.
