THE BOOK OF PIPES

Two brothers-in-law, different in age and studies, get along well together; they love the mountains, irony, grappa from the Piave valley and... the pipe. Since it "increases the human personality to a significant extent", it gives those who smoke it, whatever their profession or social background, style, eleganza, dignity. They therefore plan a book that celebrates her. Different from the usual, not a manual, nor a catalogue, but a surrealist, humorous "treatise", a cultured and refined divertissement, which becomes, if need be, the distinctive sign of their friendship.
